Toronto to Hyderabad with an Umrah Stop in Jeddah: Routing and Ticket Price

Many Canadian families visiting Hyderabad like to add Umrah to the same trip instead of booking two separate journeys. A multi-city ticket makes this possible. Here is a sample routing FJ Travels and Tours quoted for a winter trip, with a few tips on how dates affect the price.

The route

This itinerary was priced as a multi-city ticket:

• Late December 2026: Toronto to Hyderabad
• Early to mid January 2027: Hyderabad to Jeddah
• Mid January 2027: Jeddah to Toronto

This lets you spend time with family in Hyderabad first, fly directly to Jeddah for Umrah, and return home to Toronto from Saudi Arabia.

An alternative is to reverse the order. You would go to Umrah first, continue to Hyderabad, and fly home to Toronto from Hyderabad. Which order is cheaper depends on the dates and seat availability, so ask for both options to be priced.

What it costs

• Flights only (Toronto–Hyderabad–Jeddah–Toronto): $3,925 CAD as quoted for this routing.

Because this is a multi-city ticket, ask your agent to confirm the per-person breakdown and fare rules when you request a quote.

Hotels in Makkah and Madinah, the Umrah visa and ground transportation are priced separately. FJ adds them on top of the ticket price if you want a full package rather than flights alone.

How to save on the ticket

Dates are the biggest factor in the fare. FJ advised that shifting travel to after January 25th, or to the first week of January, can lower ticket prices noticeably compared with peak holiday dates. If your plans are flexible, ask for a few date combinations to compare.

What is included

The quote above covers airfare only. A full Umrah package from FJ can include:

• Hotel stays in the holy cities
• Umrah visa processing
• Ground transportation in Saudi Arabia

Ask for a tickets-only price and a tickets plus stay price side by side so you can see exactly what the land arrangements add.

Good to know

• Confirm that your dates in Hyderabad and Jeddah leave enough time for your Umrah days.
• Check passport validity and visa requirements for every country on your route before booking.
• Winter school-break and holiday dates are busy, so request quotes early.
