2184689 Ontario Inc., operating as FJ Travels and Tours (“FJ Travels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a travel retailer based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario under TICO Registration No. 50019259.

This Privacy Policy explains how FJ Travels and Tours collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in the course of our business, including through our website (travel.fjcanada.com) and through direct communications and travel services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, and applicable Ontario law.

FJ Travels and Tours may collect personal information through a variety of channels, including:

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Our website and hosting providers may automatically collect technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages visited, and date and time information.

Analytics tools will be identified in this policy when activated. Non-essential analytics or advertising technologies will be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Our website links to our official social media presence (currently Facebook). FJ Travels remains responsible for personal information under its control and uses contractual or other appropriate measures when engaging service providers.

10. Children & Family Travel

The public website is not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit personal information directly through the website without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Information about minor travellers may be collected from a parent, guardian, or authorized adult when required to arrange travel services.

11. Document & Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods depend on factors including:

• Travel transaction and accounting requirements

• TICO and other regulatory requirements

15. Future Features
