Toronto to Multan in November: Saudia vs PIA Fares

Planning a trip from Toronto to Multan in November? There are two routes worth comparing. One is cheaper but includes a stopover in Saudi Arabia. The other is a bit more expensive but keeps you moving through Pakistan. Here is how they looked when FJ Travels and Tours checked fares for November 2026.

Option 1: Saudia deal fare

• Route: Toronto to Multan with Saudia
• Travel period: early November, returning late November 2026
• Price: $1,345 CAD per person
• Stopover: this fare comes with a stay of 2 to 3 days in Saudi Arabia

This was the lowest fare available. It suits travellers who are happy to break up the journey, or who want a few days in Saudi Arabia on the way. If you need to get to Multan without a long layover, read on.

Option 2: PIA via Karachi

• Route: Toronto to Multan via Karachi with PIA
• Travel period: mid-November, returning at the end of November 2026
• Price: $1,730 CAD per person

This was the cheapest option FJ found that avoided the multi-day Saudi stay. You pay about $385 CAD more than the Saudia deal fare, and in return you get a routing through Karachi instead of an extended stopover.

Which one should you choose?

• Choose Saudia if you want the lowest price and can handle, or would enjoy, a 2 to 3 day stay in Saudi Arabia.
• Choose PIA if a long stopover doesn't work for you and you would rather connect through Karachi.

Good to know

• Both fares were quoted for a single seat. Prices for several travellers can differ because of seat availability.
• Deal fares are tied to specific dates. Shifting your departure by even a week can change the price, as the two quotes above show.
• Fares to Pakistan tend to rise as November approaches, so it helps to ask about options early.
• Ask FJ whether a stopover stay can be arranged with hotels and transfers if you choose the Saudia option.
