Toronto to Delhi Winter Holiday Flights: Sample Fares from FJ Travels

Planning to spend the winter holidays in India? December is one of the busiest times of year for flights from Toronto to Delhi, so it pays to ask for a quote early. Here is a real example of what FJ Travels and Tours quoted for a group travelling over the holiday season, with a mid-December 2026 departure and a return in early January 2027.

The route

• From: Toronto, Canada
• To: Delhi, India
• Departure: mid-December 2026
• Return: early January 2027, for a stay of about four weeks

A stay of this length is popular with families visiting relatives or taking an extended trip over the school break.

What it costs

Fares were quoted per person, and each passenger type is priced differently:

| Passenger type | Price (CAD) | |---|---| | Adult | $2,495 per person | | Child | $2,095 per child | | Infant | $295 per infant |

All prices include taxes. For a group of five made up of adults and children, the total depends on how many travellers fall into each category, so it is worth telling your agent everyone's age on the travel date.

Good to know

• Children and infants cost less. The child fare is $400 CAD below the adult fare, and an infant fare is only $295 CAD. The age category is decided by each traveller's age at the time of travel, so confirm this when you book.
• Book early for December. Holiday-season seats on India routes fill quickly, and fares usually rise as the departure date approaches.
• Group bookings. If you are travelling with several people, ask for all tickets to be quoted and booked together so everyone is on the same itinerary.
• Options. FJ works out several options, and the airline, routing and baggage allowance can change the price. Ask your agent to compare them for your dates.
