Flights to Mauritius in November 2026: Ethiopian vs Turkish Airlines

Mauritius is a popular choice for a late-autumn escape, with beaches, lagoons and warm weather while Canada cools down. If you are planning a November 2026 trip, your choice of airline and departure dates can change the fare noticeably. Here is what FJ Travels and Tours quoted for flights to Mauritius.

The options

• Ethiopian Airlines, one stop: $1,995 CAD per person.
• Turkish Airlines, mid-November departure: $1,799 CAD per person.

The Turkish Airlines fare applies if you can travel in the middle of November rather than later in the month. That is a difference of $196 CAD per person, which adds up quickly for a couple or a family.

What it costs

| Airline | Routing / timing | Price (per person, CAD) | |---|---|---| | Ethiopian Airlines | 1 stop | $1,995 | | Turkish Airlines | Mid-November travel | $1,799 |

Prices include taxes. Fares are per person, so multiply by the number of travellers in your group for a rough total.

Which should you choose?

• Choose Turkish Airlines if your dates are flexible and you can leave in mid-November. It was the lower of the two fares quoted.
• Choose Ethiopian Airlines if you need to travel later in November. It is a one-stop routing at $1,995 CAD per person.

Good to know

• Mauritius is a long journey from Canada, so a one-stop routing is a sensible target. Ask us to confirm the full routing and connection times before you book.
• Moving your departure by even a few days can change the price. If you have flexibility, tell us your earliest and latest dates and we will compare them.
• Airfares move with demand. Seats at the lowest fare level sell out first, so booking early usually helps for a trip in a popular month.
• Check that your passport is valid for the length your destination requires, and confirm Mauritius entry requirements for your citizenship before you travel.
