Flights to Lahore for the December Holidays: Fares, Baggage and Layover Tips

Flying to Lahore over the Christmas and New Year holidays? It is one of the busiest times of year, and fares move quickly. Here is a look at what FJ Travels and Tours quoted in September 2026 for December departures, and what to check before you book.

What it costs

Fares depend on the departure date, the routing and how much baggage is included. These are per-person prices in Canadian dollars:

• $2,350 CAD: a connecting-flight option, the lowest fare we found.
• $2,470 CAD: 1 piece of baggage included.
• $2,530 CAD: 2 pieces of baggage included. This is the fare that was ticketed.
• $2,580 CAD: a fare with a long overnight stop in Amsterdam on the return.
• $2,620 CAD: another option with 2 pieces of baggage.
• $2,945 CAD: a departure a few days before Christmas with 2 pieces of baggage.

Baggage

On the $2,580 fare, one 23 kg bag was free and a second bag cost $120 CAD. If you are carrying gifts or travelling with extra luggage, compare fares with 2 pieces included. In our quotes, the 2-piece fares ranged from $2,530 to $2,945 CAD depending on the date and routing.

The Amsterdam overnight stay

Some itineraries include an overnight stop in Amsterdam on the way back. On the fare we quoted, the airline did not provide a hotel for that stop. You would need to arrange and pay for your own room, so add that to the real cost of the trip. A fare with a shorter connection can work out better.

Good to know

• Seats sell out fast. A lower fare with two seats available was gone within a day of being quoted. If you find a price you like, decide quickly.
• Dates change the price. Moving a departure by a few days, in either direction, changed the fare noticeably.
• Have your documents ready. Tickets are issued from the passport details for each traveller, so keep clear passport photos on hand.
• Check your card limit. If you are paying for several tickets at once, a card limit can cause a decline. Check with your bank beforehand.
• Look at more than one airline. Direct and connecting options on different carriers can differ by several hundred dollars.
